My name is Tara Goushas
Real Estate Investor
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Denver, CO into a loving and supportive family. Nordlander is our family name :) Several of my relatives have been involved in various aspects around Real Estate most of my life, which helped drive my interest. Thus, the name of my company!
After graduating from Metro State University of Denver, I was able to live in some exciting cities, appreciating more diversity, culture, and experiences. I spent many of those years planning / managing large conferences and high-profile events around the US.​

But getting back to Real Estate...​
I have an internal drive to help people while making the world a better (and prettier!) place, and have found this opportunity through joining a network and training to help those facing challenges with the properties they own.
