My name is Tara Goushas

Real Estate Investor

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Denver, CO into a loving and supportive family. Nordlander is our family name :) Several of my relatives have been involved in various aspects around Real Estate most of my life, which helped drive my interest. Thus, the name of my company!

After graduating from Metro State University of Denver, I was able to live in some exciting cities, appreciating more diversity, culture, and experiences. I spent many of those years planning / managing large conferences and high-profile events around the US and Australia. From that career experience, I bring the skills of resourcefulness to connect the necessary players, completing a project of many moving parts by the deadline!

But getting back to Real Estate...

I have an internal drive to help people while making the world a better (and prettier!) place, and have found this opportunity through training with a mentorship network, allowing me to help homeowners facing challenges with the properties they own. If their life isn't going to be better after my help, then I won't take the project!
